With this you accept every single one of the General Conditions as they appear on sisomdos web site before purchasing any of the products, without being applicable to the news that may occur in the clauses of the General conditions later.

Since the moment you accept the General Conditions, you as user, obtain the condition of sisomdos client that is described in this General Conditions. Any product or service that is offered after this by sisomdos will be a part of a new hiring.

If the client wishes to read the General Conditions more throughly, you can print them out or safe this document as electronic format or read them through out web site.

Sisomdos informs you that we keep all the electronic documents that are registered on the purchases.

 

 3)    Prices, payment method, delivery and withdrawal

 

3.1 Prices

The prices of each product are the ones indicated on our website on the day of your purchase or order. All of our prices include taxes.

The offers will be clearly shown and marked, showing the previous price and the new price properly.

Sisomdos reserves the right to make the modifications it consideres appropriate at any time and without prior notice, and may update products and services on a daily basis depending on the stage of the market.

 

3.2 Payment method

Our customers can use the following payment methods to pay their orders:

3.3 Delivery and delivery expenses

The delivery of your orders depend on the method you chose. The timing of each delivery is shown in the purchase page.

We suggest you give us an address where someone can personally receive the package during working hours.

Sisomdos is not responsible of any customs cost. If this package is sent to the Canary Islands the client must respond to the expenses of theimportation DUAS.

If the client makes a mistake on the information about the delivery, he will be able to modify them by sending an email to info@crear-e.com. If the mistaken information refers to the postal code of the address the client ask the delivery to be made to we will change the address to a new one only if the shipping hasn’t been made yet. If the shipping has already been made, the client will have to wait until the delivery gets to the first given address and then start the returning procedure.

 

3.4 Withdrawal

Our principal purpose is giving our costumer a good experience with our brand and you purchase again at sisomdos.com

All purchases can be returned or changed 30 days after the purchase.

Our Christmas season returning policy: All the purchases made between the 1st of November and the 15th of Demsember can be returned or changed until the 15th of January.

For hygiene purposes, underwear returns will not be accepted.

 

Procedure:

Request the devolution by email to info@crear-e.com. The request must be made within a period not exceeding 30 days after receiving the product. The devolution must include the following information:

a)    The reason of the devolution. Would you like a refund or to change the size you originally got?

b)    Collection address.

c)    Its original packaging.

 

If the costumer does not present those requirements, the devolution could be denied.

If the costumer demands a size change, you would have to deliver your clothes to the courier when you are delivered the correct size.

If the costumer demands a refund and not a size change, you will get the amount you paid for in the same direction you executed the payment. Shipping costs are NOT included in this type of reimbursement and a return fee will apply:

• European Countries: 9,90€

The amount of express shipments will be not refunded.

The language in which the contract between sisomdos and the client will be written is Spanish, as well as English for international sales.

 

5)  Sisomdos´s Responsibilities

Sisomdos guarantees the quality of the service given through the website.

All the rights that the laws in force guarantee to consumers and users are guaranteed.

The neglect of any of this rights or General Conditions could provoque a devolution or cancelation of the services purchased by the client.

 

6)    Client’s Responsibilities

The client must make lawful use of the services, without contravening the current legislation, or injuring the rights and interests of third parties.

The client must guarantee the veracity and truthfulness of the provided information when he/she fill in the contract forms, avoiding the causing of damages to Sisomdos as a result of the incorrectness of the information.

The neglect of any of this requirements or Conditions could give place to the retirement or cancelation of the services given by Sisomdos without the need of any previous warning to the client. In this case the costumer will have no right to any type of compensation.

 

7)    Industrial and Intellectual property

The Industrial and Intellectiual property rights that refer to works, brands, logos, or any other type susceptible of protection contained in the website of Sisomdos correspond exclusively to sisomdos or to third parties that have authorized their inclusion in the website. The unauthorized reproduction, distribution, commercialization or transformation of such works, brands, logos, etc. is an infringement of the intellectual and industrial property rights of Sisomdos or its owner, and may result in the exercise of any judicial or extrajudicial actions that may correspond to them in the demanding of their rights.

With this being said, the information the client has access to through the website can be protected by industrial and property rights or other type of rights. sisomdos will in no case be responsible or under any concept of the right infractions that the user can make.

All this without the prejudice to the client’s faculty to go to the Consumer Arbitration Boar of their demarcation.
