Our principal purpose is giving our costumer a good experience with our brand and you purchase again at

All purchases can be returned or changed 30 days after the purchase.

Our Christmas season returning policy: All the purchases made between the 1st of November and the 15th of Demsember can be returned or changed until the 15th of January.

For hygiene purposes, underwear returns will not be accepted.



Request the devolution by email to The request must be made within a period not exceeding 30 days after receiving the product. The devolution must include the following information:

a)    The reason of the devolution. Would you like a refund or to change the size you originally got?

b)    Collection address.

c)    Its original packaging.


If the costumer does not present those requirements, the devolution could be denied.

If the costumer demands a size change, you would have to deliver your clothes to the courier when you are delivered the correct size.

If the costumer demands a refund and not a size change, you will get the amount you paid for in the same direction you executed the payment. Shipping costs are NOT included in this type of reimbursement and a return fee will apply:

  • European Countries: 9,90€

The amount of express shipments will be not refunded.
